Yes, we
encourage players to bring their own rackets and shuttlecocks. However, we do
have a limited number of rackets and shuttlecocks available for rent or
purchase at the front desk.

age requirements for Badminton Open Play?
Open Play is generally available to participants of all ages, but some
sessions may be designated for specific age groups or skill levels. Please

If the courts are busy, we may implement a rotation system with time limits to
ensure everyone gets a chance to play. Typically, matches are limited to 10-15
minutes when others are waiting.

I wear for Badminton Open Play?
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and non-marking indoor
court shoes to protect the playing surface.

guests?
Yes, guests are welcome to join Open Play sessions. Non-members will be
required to pay the session fee, and they must adhere to all facility rules and
guidelines.

the courts are full when I arrive?
If all courts are occupied, you can add your name to the waitlist for the next
available court. We encourage you to check our schedule for less busy times, or
consider arriving early to secure a spot.
13. Do you offer
coaching or lessons during Open Play?
Open Play is intended for casual, self-directed play. If you're interested in
coaching or lessons, please check our training program for dedicated class type
or inquire about private lessons with one of our coaches.
14. Can I
reserve a court during Open Play?
Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis during Open Play. If
you need a guaranteed court time, we recommend booking a court outside of Open
Play hours.

for cancellations. Refunds are not typically issued for partial months. Please

8. Can I place
my membership on hold?
Yes, we offer
the option to place your membership on hold for up to two (2) months in a
calendar year. A $10 administrative fee will apply. This is ideal for members
who may be traveling or unable to play for an extended period. We don't provide
hold for Annual Membership.
9. How do I
reserve a court as a member?
Members can
reserve courts online through our member portal, by email (bulk reserve only),
or in person at the front desk. Reservations can typically be made anytime.
Please also note that cancellation must be done at least 72 hours before the
schedule.
10. Are there
any exclusive events for members?
Yes, we host a
variety of member-only events throughout the year, including tournaments,
social mixers, open house, etc. Members will receive notifications about these
events via email or through our member portal.
11. Do you offer
any discounts for memberships?
We occasionally
offer promotional discounts or incentives for new members. Additionally, some
corporate partners may receive special rates. Please periodically check our
website for any current offers or eligibility for discounts.
12. Can I
transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are
generally non-transferable. However, in special circumstances, such as
